Whenever i am bored to use photoshop cs3 extended i use PAINT.NET wich is a program that looks like paint and photoshop, its free getpaint.net thats the url. Anyways back to the subject pls, well anyways i downloaded some plug ins for it a few hours ago and now i testerd them and the results were: ( that pic freaks me out ) :
